Sundays are for going old school. As a class, we’ll come up with what movements we want to throw in the WOD. From there, we’ll put our workout together. AMRAP, for time, EMOM, you name it. We can get creative or keep it simple. It’s up to you guys! If you want to have a say in what goes in your WOD, we’ll see you at the Whiteboard on Sunday!
