ViTaFIT- $140

This is where you will start your fitness journey with us at CrossFit Round Lake!

Our ViTaFIT program combines functional movements and high intensity to give you a unique 45-minute workout every day.  Our expert coaches ensure exercises are completed safely and effectively, allowing you to get the most out of each session.

No matter your previous exercise experience or current state of fitness, ViTaFIT can work for you! We scale the weights and intensity up or down based on your unique goals and capabilities, allowing you to get the best possible workout for YOU – and ultimately getting you to the results you want to see! This membership auto-renews on a monthly basis and is billed on the 1st of the month.   Buy now.

CrossFit Foundations

For members who would like to get into the CrossFit program, ViTaFIT is where you start (see above).  After 1-3 months in our ViTaFIT program, we’ll have a good understanding of your goals and current capacity, and you’ll have a foundation of functional strength and endurance.  If you choose at this point to move into CrossFit classes, we’ll work with you individually to set up a time to complete the Foundations Course, where we teach proper technique for our more advanced barbell and gymnastics movements seen in the CrossFit program.  Depending on scheduling, the Foundations Course may be completed in a group setting or individually with a coach.  The cost of the program will depend on how it’s implemented (group vs personal sessions), and program cost will include a month in the Elite Membership.  Contact Us to Register for the Next Foundations Course.

Elite - $160

The Elite membership gives the member access to unlimited CrossFit classes and Open Gym times, as well as our specialty classes; Olympic Weightlifting, Spartan SGX, and Mobility class.  Participation in this membership requires completion of the movement foundations course.  Contact us for details on the next course dates. This membership auto-renews on a monthly basis and is billed on the 1st of the month. Spartan SGX 10-Pack- $150

The Spartan SGX membership gives the member access to 10 Spartan SGX classes at a time. It acts like a punch card and it can be repurchased an unlimited number of times. All classes must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase. This membership auto-renews at the end of the 3-month period, and is billed on the 1st of the month. Buy now.

Weightlifting 10-Pack - $150

The Weightlifting membership gives the member access to 10 Weightlifting classes at a time. It acts like a punch card and it can be repurchased an unlimited number of times. All classes must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase. This membership auto-renews at the end of the 3-month period, and is billed on the 1st of the month. Buy now.

10 for $120

This membership acts like a punch card, but auto-renews for convenience. Good for CrossFit and specialty program classes. Any classes not used one month do not carry over to the following month. Members will begin each month with nine classes to use. This membership auto-renews on a monthly basis and is billed on the 1st of the month. Buy now.


Open Gym - $80

For those of you who follow a competitors’ program and just need the space to train comfortably and on your own crazy schedule, this one’s for you! The Open Gym membership gives members access to all open gym times. CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, Spartan SGX, and Mobility class add-ons can be purchased on a per-class basis. Single Class - $20

Whether you’re dropping in from out of town or purchasing a class add-on, a single class purchase can be made at any time via cash or credit card. This single purchase does not auto-renew. Drop-ins should register for a class in advance. Buy now.

Our understanding is that the needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind. One needs functional competence to stay out of the nursing home. The other one wants functional dominance to win medals.

What Is Weightlifting?

Resistance training, otherwise known as weightlifting, is an integral component of any well-rounded fitness program. In older populations, it’s important because it helps to increase bone density, which keeps our skeletal system from becoming brittle. In younger populations, it manifests in eye-pleasing aesthetics and the limitless opportunity to safely engage in physical and athletic endeavors!

We use a 2-Level Programming System that allows our coaches to meet the individual needs of our members exactly where they are at any given time. Whether it’s your first time working with a barbell or you are training to be competitive in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting, our program tracks are tailored to support your goals.

  • Functional Weightlifting:  Basic, beginners’-level strength training centered around the press, squat, and deadlift.
  • Performance Weightlifting:  Advanced Olympic Weightlifting program centered around the snatch and the clean & jerk.

Our coaches are highly knowledgeable and experienced in the field of weightlifting. Our staff showcases one Level 2 Advanced Sports Performance Coach from USA Weightlifting. We take the time to build technical mastery that eventually leads to strength gains.

What Is Spartan SGX?

Spartan SGX is a group exercise program that combines traditional running with obstacles that require strength and skill development. We prepare you for you a myriad of endurance goals, depending on what type of race you have in mind:

Trifecta Series
  • Spartan Sprint: 3+ miles / 20+ obstacles
  • Spartan Super: 8+ miles / 24+ obstacles
  • Spartan Beast: 12+ miles / 30+ obstacles

Endurance Series
  • Ultra: 26+ miles / 60+ obstacles
  • Hurricane Heat: Team-based / 3-4 hours
  • Agoge: Team-based / 60+ hours

  • Beast: Advanced endurance training and upper body strength development, with a focus on mastering efficiency on all of the obstacles.
